choosing thearky: an empowered path to the parallel society?

in the famous fable of the emperor’s new clothes, a ruler is enamored with his status, and the finery of dress it affords him. in his desperate vanity, he falls for the tricks of deceitful swindlers who claim to make him exquisite clothes of the finest materials and most illustrious colors. they say that because of the special thread, the cloth is magical - and anyone who is either unfit for his position, or unusually stupid is unable to see it. not wanting to appear unfit or stupid, the king approves of its nonexistent magnificence, and everyone in the kingdom, also not wanting to appear unfit or stupid, also pretends to see the emperor’s fine attire—until one brave child, with innocent clarity, exclaims, “but he hasn’t got anything on!”


and just like that, a joint delusion is shattered. the emperor's clothes, like many of the institutions and systems attempting to govern our lives today, are not just unofficial or improper – they’re not even real. they’re societal constructs, as are their apparent necessity within our everyday lives. like transparent robes, the systems that seem to bind us—the state, citizenship, borders, bureaucracies—are not self-evident truths, and are certainly not representations of freedom; but rather elaborate structural behemoths designed to control and limit our inherent sovereignty.


just as the emperor and all the kingdom believed in the magic of the fabric, the nation-state and the concept of citizenship can seem like an undeniable truth to those who are conditioned to accept it. we are told from birth that we come from a state, submit to its laws, and “prove” our existence through its papers, cards, and registries. but the obvious truth is: we already exist, documents or no documents. we already have rights granted by our Creator. inherent and unalienable – they are universal and belong to us simply because we exist. over the centuries, the nation-state system has obfuscated this truth, convincing us that we must be subjected to their definitions of worth and freedom alone. and by accepting their citizen privileges at birth and maturity, what we’ve unwittingly done is agree not to use our natural rights in favor of “citizen rights” - which can be denied by the issuing state at will. these so-called “rights” are advertised by politicians (swindlers) as magnificent, exquisite, first-class finery (magic robes). they make a great, big show of weaving the garment of personhood, get approval from all the most regal and official titles of the day (doctors, lawyers, etc), and remind everyone: if you don’t acknowledge it as real, that of itself proves you’re unworthy and stupid (conspiracy theorist).


but never forget - they strip you of your actual clothes before putting on the "magic" robes.


what are rights, and where do they come from?

rights are not benefits granted by governments, legal systems, or any of the documents they pen.

hold on, i love etymology. can we examine the language for a moment?


what is a pen? why is it mightier than a sword? what else are pens for? restricting the freedoms of animals?

what is spell-ing? why is it called that? is our choice of words powerful?

what is curse-ive? who are we cursing, and why?

docu-ment is a two-part latin rooted word meaning “to take and accept into your mind”. document that for a second.

juris-diction is a two-part latin rooted word meaning “correct word choice” – do our words matter?

person comes from persona, a latin rooted word meaning “mask, false face or assumed character.” is that you?


our true rights—our right to life, to freedom, to dignity, to self-determination, etc—are embedded within us from the moment of our fertilization. these are inherent, in-alien-able, un-a-lien-able, and cannot be granted or taken away by the state. very simply put, rights are not wrongs. there are three basic wrongs: 1. injury (breach of contract), 2. loss (stealing), and 3. harm (physical violence). that is the essence of Divine Law. if you are not stealing from, defrauding or hurting another living being, you are fully within your rights. one example of a recent enshrinement in international law of the prepolitical existence of these rights is the universal declaration of human rights (udhr). this document states unequivocally that everyone is born free and equal in dignity and rights—not because of a legal status, nationality or other political orientation (or even because of the udhr), but because we are created beings, endowed with rights and reason, and “should” treat one another in a spirit of brotherhood.


how ironic that the very institutions who seek to corrupt our biological rights with political privileges are also the ones proudly proclaiming the divine nature of those rights they endlessly try to undermine. in this way, over the centuries, governments have managed to convince us that we must subject ourselves to their systems, their definitions of “rights”, “law” and, therefore, what is “possible”. politicians have hoodwinked us into believing, not only that the “rights” they offer are the best option for us, but over time have actually persuaded most of us that there is no other option – at least, not a viable one. that somehow, without them, we would either cease to exist, or be trapped forever in a barren wasteland, with no “access” to rights, healthcare, education, work or protections of any kind. in their reality of legal fiction, this experience is called: statelessness.



statelessness: a brief overview

officially, statelessness is defined as the condition of a person who is not recognized as a national by any state. in other words, a stateless person has no country to call their own, no legal framework that claims them as part of its system. statelessness, in the eyes of the international community, is not just a problem, it’s a fundamental human rights violation that must be “solved”. this means that in the eyes of the United Nations, “...nationality is essential for the protection of human rights. the denial of nationality results in an individual’s exclusion from full participation in society." (UN convention on the reduction of statelessness 1961) this is dubiously reminiscent of the Papal Bull Unam Sanctum, issued by Pope Boniface VIII in 1302, which proudly proclaimed "...it is absolutely necessary for salvation that every human creature be subject to the Roman Pontiff." the prevailing narrative insists, be it in 1300 under the Roman Empire, or the various nation-states existing in 2025, that failing to be recognized by a system of man is something that causes individuals to be vulnerable, unprotected, and excluded from basic rights and freedoms. governments and institutions work tirelessly to eliminate statelessness, positioning themselves as the saviors of the paperless, offering citizenship as a means of “safety” and “belonging.”


but let’s pause and consider: what is the true essence of this narrative?

at its core, the narrative around statelessness in the international community is a carefully constructed illusion—one that reinforces the idea that our existence, our rights, and our very identity must be validated by the state. it’s an ideology that encourages us to believe that we are nothing without the approval of a political system. in doing so, it serves a dual purpose: it creates a world where individuals are constantly looking to the state for permission to live, and it ensures the continuous, exploitative flow of the country’s human resources, the actual man-power and generated economic value into the bank ledgers of governments and multinational interests. their narrative, with its roots deeply embedded in the systems of government, legal codes, and international politics, attempts to convince every soul on earth that they came from a political fiction. it is the ultimate atheistic conversion of the world: stripping away our inherent dignity and sovereignty, and forcing us to accept that our rights are derived from the arbitrary decisions of state institutions, rather than from our Creator.


it also tells an inconvenient truth: the stateless (including indigenous, aboriginal, tribal peoples and peoples whose home countries no longer exist) are not safe... from states. after all, who is making life so inhospitable for the paperless? who is it consistently violating and ignoring the rights of stateless people, who are essentially peaceful and not asking for anything from interfering political entities? the nation-states of course! in a classic hegelian dialectic move, the corrupted powers have caused the problem: dismissal of basic human rights; waited for the reaction of peaceful people having their dignity and humanity stripped from them; then offered the solution: our nationality will protect you… from us doing that to you again?

here’s the truth: we are not defined by the state. we are not defined by borders or by the documents they give us. we are children of Source, created with a purpose, endowed with rights that are always ours to use, and capable of living in the fullness of our sovereignty – anytime and anywhere.



choosing thearky: an act of empowerment

what we need is not just a rejection of the state—we need a conscious, empowered choice to live as sovereign beings, free from the control of artificial structures. we need a recognizable philosophy of self-determination, where individuals are not subject to the whims of governments or legal systems, but live in alignment with the Divine Law that governs us all.


where anarchy speaks of the absence of rulers, and statelessness speaks of an absence of political belonging, thearky is another choice. when “thearchy” and “theocracy” are about claiming a Divine Right to rule others (complete nonsense), “thearky” is a decision of personal empowerment, to self-discipline and live in alignment with Divine Law, and “theocrasy” is about a personal union of the self with the Divine. in essence, to be a thearkist is to declare that we are not in need of another man to govern us, nor a state to give us meaning, nor a doctrine to rule us. we belong to the One Source, are co-creators of this reality, and our rights are a natural, inescapable part of who we are.


in choosing thearky, we reject the false authority of the state and the artificial boundaries it imposes. in theocrasy we reclaim our dignity, our freedom, and our connection to the Divine. thearky is about more than just escaping the chains of state control; it is about purposefully choosing a life where we are free to live in accordance with our highest truth—where we are not bound by policies and codes of man, but disciplined by the eternal principles of nature and Divine Law.


unlike it’s UN doppelgänger “statelessness”, thearkism does not mean being lost or powerless. in fact, it is a bold declaration of freedom; the choice to reclaim our divine identity, our inherent dignity, and our rights. thearky is about rejecting the false authority of governments that claim the right to define us and our worth, in favor of living according to our highest truth.



the power of unity: "come together, ye who are escaped of the nations..."

at a first glance, one individual choosing to become a thearkist might seem insignificant. it might seem like an insurmountable battle—a single voice standing against the nation-state industrial complex. but when one person speaks truth, it resonates. more than that, it gives other people permission to use their own eyes, make their own empowered choices - and when more people awaken this way, it creates a collective force—a unified movement—that has the power to reshape society.


in the book of Isaiah, the Creator calls us to “assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye who are escaped from the nations. they have no knowledge, that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.” this verse underscores a divine calling we all can heed: to separate from the forces of the world that oppress and enslave us, and to rise, to stand together, free from the artificial boundaries that once divided us. even when it seems that the political tide is against us, we are reminded that the Divine Providence prevails, and those who seek to enslave us will usually be too busy worrying about their idolatrous flag to take notice of our reawakened sovereignty.


this is what it means to reject the nation-state: to come out of the illusion of borders, systems, and legalities that have been imposed upon us and stand in our true power of Divine right and calling. and when we are fully confident in our power, we form an unstoppable force not bound by the artificial constructs of the nation-state; we are always stronger together when we embrace our shared truth.


imagine thousands of thearkists, standing strong together, saying: “i do not need the state to define me. i was born free, and i will live free – i do not require permission from anyone.” when we come together in this way, we begin to reclaim what has always been ours: the freedom to live as sovereign beings, unimpeded by coercion from the state. by choosing thearky, we revolutionize the concept of rights and bring forth a society that is once again based on mutual respect, individual dignity, and collective freedom.





call to action: stand together

the emperor is naked, and the illusion of the nation-state has been exposed. now, it is time for us to take up our beds and walk, to rise above the state’s false promises and live by and for the truth. we are capable of choosing today, to be whole (sovereign) and “sin no more” (follow the Law). “the fruit of the spirit is: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentlness, faithfulness, self-control. for such, there is no law.”


join the movement. become a thearkist. reject the falsehoods of the nation-state. share this truth with others and progress the vision of freedom with platforms like ourparallel.world—a space where we can imagine and build our future, on our terms, together. collectively, we are an unstoppable power—a force for freedom, for human dignity, and for a new world based on the rights we’ve always had and always will.
